Well here I am back in North Carolina, with 23 children and 5 other wonderful chaperones. I have only been here for two days but have already dove into cooking meals, grading school exams, and taking walks to the lake in 105 degree weather. It is all great. Today the excitement was shoving the kids all out the door into an hail of water balloons, which I am told is a normal Saturday event. I have been to this house so many time it kind of feels like I have never left, and it is good to be back home.
